The Stanley Cup is coming to Hermosa Beach on Monday, June 25. The cup will be driven down Pier Avenue by the Hermosa Fire Department, and the public rally on Pier Plaza begins at 11:15 a.m., according to a press release.
The Hermosa Beach City Council and the city’s chamber of commerce will make presentations to Los Angeles Kings’ Center and Hermosa Beach resident Jarret Stoll to congratulate the Kings on their first championship.
The Stanley Cup will be on stage during the ceremony and available for photographs. Individual photos with the cup will not be available at the event.
At about 11:45 a.m., the Stanley Cup will be driven from Pier Plaza to the Hermosa Beach-Manhattan Beach border, and fans will be able to photograph the cup as it travels up the Strand.
