Monday, June 21 sent a perfectly angled south swell to the Santa Monica Bay. It was good in the South Bay, but better up north, at Malibu, which is where Hermosa Beach photographer Mike Balzer met up with Allen “Mayor of Malibu” Sarlo, his daughter Sophia Oceana Sarlo and a few of their friends.
