Santa and sleigh makes Hermosa stops!

For a fourth year the Hermosa police and fire departments will escort Santa and his sleigh through several neighborhoods Wednesday, Dec. 8 and Wednesday, Dec. 15, Hermosa Beach Neighborhood Watch has announced.

Santa will make 20-minute stops for photos with the kids (make sure to bring a camera) at the following sites:

Dec. 8

Monterey Boulevard and 10th Street – 6 to 6:20 p.m.

Hermosa Avenue and Sixth Street – 6:25 to 6:45 p.m.

Manhattan Avenue and Second Street – 6:50 to 7:10 p.m.

900 block of Third Street – 7:15 to 7:35 p.m.

Sixth Street and Prospect Avenue – 7:40 to 8 p.m.

Hillcrest Drive and 21st Street – 8:05 to 8:25 p.m.

Dec. 15:

Power and 21st Streets – 6 to 6:20 p.m.

25th Street and Silverstrand Avenue – 6:25 to 6:45 p.m.

30th Street and Morningside Drive – 6:50 to 7:10 p.m.

20th Place and Prospect Avneue – 7:15 to 7:35 p.m.

15th Street and Golden Avenue – 7:40 to 8 p.m.

Bonnie Brae and 14th Streets – 8:05 to 8:25 p.m.

Neighborhood watch extended a “special thank you” to Police Chief Greg Savelli, Fire Chief David Lantzer, Police Lt. Garth Gaines, and the police and fire departments.

Locations for Santa stops were chosen based on easy access for the neighborhoods and the sleigh. ER
