Summer is a time of song and celebration everywhere, but no place does it quite like the South Bay, where concerts take place on piers, in parks, on beaches, and perched upon a cliffside overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

On Saturday, June 4, 40 musicians will perform 60 songs (with no repeats) over eight hours in the Torino Plaza at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. Noon to 8 p.m., 3350 Civic Center Dr., Torrance. Tickets and information visit Andyandrenee.com/dylanfest. ER
