LA Art Show returns
Less spectacular, but plenty to see

There are many places to see art in and around Los Angeles, but one location where it all comes together is the annual LA Art Show, where dozens and dozens of galleries and exhibitors display dozens and dozens of the most talented artists on the planet. Yes, they set foot here from Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Well, not as much this year as in years past, for obvious reasons. The show didn’t take place in 2020, and this year’s event is more cautious, with wider-spaced aisles and with all of the food and beverage stands pretty much in one area.
Still, it’s a grand display, even with not as many overseas booths. Undoubtedly this will change for the better next year.
The art as well as pertinent information can be found on the website, but the people who attend certainly bring life to the occasion. The photographs here may give a hint of that. They were taken during Thursday’s preview evening.
Regular hours for this weekend: Friday and Saturday from 12 to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12 to 6 p.m. Tickets, $30, with the LA Art Show again located in the L.A. Convention Center West Hall, 1201 S.
